Let me start again.Who Am I?Most people in the cyber world know me as SoJo: an abbreviation of <a href="https://lnk.bio/blackgirlhealing" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" target="_blank">Sojourner Verdad</a> - the alias I adopted that combined my wandering spirit with my relentless pursuit of authenticity. I have started, restarted and super started my wellness journey in a variety of ways over the years. Some of you have been with me since I was embracing my femininity through <a href="https://phyinomenal.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" target="_blank">PhYINomenal</a> and discovering the beginning of the wellness movement by defining exactly what #SelfCareIs.Why Now?The last few years have been a roller coaster of self-discovery for me and I find myself back in a place where I need to hold myself accountable and prioritize wellness again. This is an invitation (I am gasping and dry heaving as I type this) into my personal wellness experience. I'm usually a severe introvert, so this is a social experiment if I've ever seen one. 😆Why Should You Be Here? Beginning November 2023, &nbsp;if you become a patron, you will have access to&nbsp;exclusive, curated health and wellness content and the ability to&nbsp;post in our wellness community. Our holistic approach celebrates the resilience and unique experiences of Black women, offering tools and practices to cultivate inner strength, self-love, and holistic wellness.
