Since 2014, I have been writing the <a href="https://www.blakehillhouse.com/" target="_blank">Blake Hill House blog</a>, documenting the restoration and rehabilitation of my historic 1800s home. Then, in 2018, I launched the podcast <a href="https://www.truetalesfromoldhouses.com" target="_blank">True Tales From Old Houses</a> to connect and share stories with old house lovers and devoted DIYers. The show's goal is equal parts education and entertainment, and it has been such a joy to create the show and make so many new connections along the way. Thank you for letting me be a small part of your life.  The truth is that I'm a helper, not a salesperson. Producing the podcast, writing the blog, and offering window restoration education are my passions, but they are also how I earn a living. Many creators like myself, who use social media in their work, turn to hard-core affiliate linking and influencer marketing. However, as someone who keeps a real-person budget and tries to buy responsibly, that business model simply isn't sustainable or authentic to me. I want to spend my time creating useful original content for all of you.  So, if you find my work helpful, informative, and entertaining, I would be so grateful for your support.
