Andrea Jennings' love for music, law, and entertainment, in general, led her to create Shifting Creative Paradigms Entertainment and Productions®. Andrea realized her purpose was to create equitable solutions for social change through her life experiences to help others.
Andrea is an Entertainment Strategist & Consultant focusing on DEIA Disability, Equity, Justice & Belonging; She is an Impact Producer, Film Curator, and Director.
Andrea is a keynoter, moderator, and panelist for numerous diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and belonging (DEIAB) panels advocating for social justice through the lens of disability culture, film, music, and art.
Andrea's professional work has been seen in projects with The Atlantic Magazine. Her social justice-based artistic work has been featured at Park Avenue Armory, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and Rutgers University's Jack Tchen exhibitions. In addition, Forbes, Billboard Magazine, The Hollywood Reporter, and The New York Times have recognized Andrea's advocacy work.
She is also the current Chair of the City of Pasadena's Accessibility and Disability Commission, where she leads the commission on its goals.
Andrea loves collaborating on projects that promote equitable solutions, elevate marginalized individuals, and drive transformational change.
