Andrea Jennings holds a Master of Music (M.Mus.) degree with a focus on Music Business and Entertainment Industries. After a life-altering car accident that resulted in a spinal cord injury, she channeled her passion for music, law, television, and filmmaking into founding Shifting Creative Paradigms Entertainment and Productions®. Through this company, she develops transformative projects that bridge gaps in access and inclusion.

As an Entertainment Strategist, Director, Consultant, and Founder/CEO of Shifting Creative Paradigms – Leveling the Playing Field®, Andrea works at the intersection of accessibility, technology, health empowerment, and entertainment, driving innovative solutions for social change.

She is the host and content producer of Access for All: Integrating Accessibility, a pop culture TV show that explores and celebrates accessibility industry-wide while highlighting opinion leaders, thought leaders, and changemakers. Andrea enjoys bringing disability culture to the forefront through media and storytelling. The series airs on Charter Spectrum Channel 32, AT&T U-Verse Channel 99, Roku, Amazon FireStick, Apple TV, and Pasadena Media’s YouTube and Facebook pages.

Her work has been showcased at The Metropolitan Museum of Art and Park Avenue Armory, recognized by Forbes, Billboard Magazine, The Hollywood Reporter, and The New York Times, and most recently, she contributed to the groundbreaking global report The Intersection of Health Equity in Communities & Business Strategy: A Call-to-Action, commissioned by Atlantic Insights and OPRG.

As Chair of the City of Pasadena's Accessibility and Disability Commission, Andrea leads initiatives that shape policy, programs, and legislation to ensure accessibility for all. Passionate about leveraging technology and media for equity, she collaborates on projects that amplify underrepresented voices, bridge gaps in access, and drive systemic change through innovation and storytelling.
