By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agree to the following terms.I work under the assumption that you have read my Terms of Service.

General

Payment is accepted via Artistree/Stripe

▪️ You are expected to have read my Terms of Service as mentioned above.
▪️ You will automatically be accepting Terms of Service when you send an Artistree request.
▪️ Payment is only accepted on Artistree via Stripe. Mentions of PayPal throughout this Terms of Service is for future potential.
▪️ Prices are listed in USD.
▪️ All commissions will be taken through Artistree. No exceptions. This is for my safety and my clients.
▪️ Commissions are accepted in batches of 10 and will be announced on Instagram.
▪️ You are subject to the Terms of Service at the time of your commission.
▪️ You will not be issued a refund if you violate my Terms of Service.
▪️ I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes. Please do not use/upload my art to AI sites.
▪️ NFT usage is strictly forbidden.

By commissioning me you are accepting my skill level as it currently is.

▪️ Fanart will not be accepted at this time due to potential legal reasons. Thank you for understanding!!

I reserve the right to decline any request, regardless of whether it is on the list.
Commissions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
This is a general guideline.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

▪️ Payment will only be accepted through Artistree.
▪️ Payment through Artistree is through Stripe.
▪️ Payment is only accepted in USD.
▪️ Payment will be required prior to starting your commission. Details may be negotiated, but this is not guaranteed.
▪️ Rush orders are 30% of the commission price but may not be available. Selecting the Artistree Extra does not guarantee a speedy process. I will contact you if it is not available prior to requesting payment.
▪️ If the design becomes/is more complex additional fees may occur.
▪️ All sales are digital artwork and therefore will not be shipped. Final artwork will be sent as .png or .jpg files via Artistree. You accept this when you send your payment.
▪️ You are giving up your right to issue a chargeback (more information below).
▪️ You are accepting that you are the owner of the account being used and the money being provided, OR you have permission to use it fully.

Refund Information

▪️ You will be issued a 100% refund if I decide to cancel the commission myself.
▪️ You will be issued a 100% refund if you request one prior to me starting.
▪️ You will be issued a 50% refund if you request one after a sketch has been started and/or provided.
▪️ You will not be issued a refund if you request one after the sketch has been approved and/or finished.
▪️ You will not be issued a refund if you violate my Terms of Service.
▪️ Additional conditions may apply.

Chargeback

▪️ You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
▪️ If for any reason your Stripe/PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.
▪️ You are required to contact me if you wish to cancel a commission and/or request a refund.
▪️ Issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel and/or refund a commission will result in your account, email, Stripe/PayPal account, etc. being blacklisted immediately.
▪️ Additionally, your commission will be voided (should it still be in progress) and you will lose the right to use the art I have created for personal use.

Queue / Work Speed

▪️ It will take me 3-5 days to respond to your initial inquiry.
▪️ It will take me 2-4 weeks to complete your commission. I will provide you with an estimated time for completion, but this is subject to change.
▪️ Feel free to ask me about progress, but please do not rush me unless a deadline has been agreed upon.
▪️ Rush fees/orders are +30% of the commission price as mentioned above.
▪️ Deadlines must be disclosed prior to payment.
▪️ I have the right to decline a project if there is too short of a time allowance.
▪️ I will work on commissions in order of acceptance unless a rush fee/order has been placed.
▪️ You reserve the right to be notified of delays.

Revisions / Feedback

▪️ You will be provided with 2 free revisions during the sketch phase.
▪️ Additional revisions will be charged at +$5.
▪️ Revisions during the line art stage will be +$10 with a limit of 2.
▪️ Revisions after line art has been completed will not be accepted.
▪️ Color revisions will not be subject to fee unless they become excessive.
▪️ Inaccurate and/or missing elements, if they are my fault (ie. I overlooked provided details), will not be subject to a fee.
▪️ Images will be sent in .png or .jpg format.
▪️ It is your responsibility to ensure the commission has the details you want me to follow.
▪️ I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.
▪️ Feedback is requested when the WIP(s) are sent.
▪️ I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.

• Pricing Breakdown

Providing Information

▪️ Please provide as much information as possible! There are prompted questions set up in Artistree to act as a guideline. Provided are: a description box & a place to upload references. Should you need more space or need to upload a file not supported, please make a note in Artistree and send me an email. Feel free to organize information on a doc and email me it as a .pdf!
▪️ References: Provide all images I can use as inspiration. This includes, but is not limited to: the vibe of another artist's/my own piece, a color palette, a pose, a mood board, sketches you've made, previous commissions for the character, a character reference sheet, etc. There will be an upcharge if I have to spend time seeking out reference images or waiting for client response(s). This eats into my time and postpones your commission being completed.
▪️ Text-Based Description: Given that I will be working off description only, or very few references, this means that there will be, most likely, many things that will be changed. Please be advised that this option will most likely be pricier because of those revisions. This upcharge does not apply if you give me artistic freedom.
▪️ Character Design: If you are looking for a character design session, know that I will find all references and have you approve them prior to me beginning your commission.
▪️ Why an Upcharge? You're paying for my time to create the art and the art itself when I set my prices. The upcharge is to cover the time it takes me to find references and have you approve them. Even if I just need to find a pose, that pose then needs to be approved before I can even start work on the commission. I am a uni student, so my time is limited.
▪️ How Much Upcharge? Upcharge will be a case-by-case basis but will begin at +$8.
▪️ TL;DR, give me every detail about your request.

Copyright

▪️ My signature will remain on all finished pieces. This signature will not cover any piece of the art.
▪️ You may use your commission for personal use, but you cannot claim you were the one to make it. Suggestions: banners, icons, tattoos, badges, etc.
▪️ You may repost the commission onto your social media, but you must credit me and cannot claim you were the one to make it.
▪️ You cannot sell the art I've made for you.
▪️ You cannot use my art commercially or make money off of it by any means.
▪️ You cannot purposefully crop out my signature.
▪️ You cannot edit/alter my art after it has been completed.
▪️ You cannot use the art I've made for you for NFT, other Crypto-based platforms, or AI.

I own all rights to the artwork I have created along with the rights to post my artwork to promote myself or my art. If the client chooses to keep their commission private, they must mention it during the process of ordering a commission. This also means that the client cannot post any WIPs of the in-progress commission.

How Artistree Works

You, the client, will select one of my commission options. There will be several questions for you to answer before pressing submit. You will receive a link/code that will allow you to access your commission. KEEP THIS LINK. A rough estimate can be calculated via the questions you answered, but a price will be provided on my end once I accept your request. This price can be adjusted based on changes by the client. Once I accept your request, you'll receive an email from Artistree.
