This episode is an Adam solo experience focusing on Killer Clowns, both the fictional and true crime variety.

B Side (Brooke):

In what is probably one of the oldest cold cases solved by DNA evidence after 65 years, the "lovers lane" murders are put to rest.

This week the resurfaced story of the attempted murder-suicide of the Brown family in Poolville, Texas.

This week, the parole hearing of Judith Neelley sparked the B Side discussion about her murderous spree with her true partner in crime, her husband, Alvin Neelley.

A Side (Adam):

This week while Adam is on vacation and was mowing lawn, it sparked his idea for the A Side.

Adam is back this week, and a local closed department store's sale got him going down the department store rabbit hole and landing on "Mannequin."

B Side (Brooke):

This week we discussed the mystery in Room 348. Greg Fleniken was minding his own business when he ended up dead, but how?

B Side (Brooke):

This week we discussed the recent, breaking news about Kouri Richins, a best-selling children's author, who wrote a book about coping with death for her children, was arrested for murder.

*I reference fentanyl but it was propofol aka "The MJ stuff that I had during my surgery."

A Side (Adam):

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Adam was unable to join the podcast this week.

B Side (Brooke):

This week's A Side, Adam discusses a movie that for only the second time in A Side's history, he will NOT recommend watching.

B Side (Brooke):

This week's B Side, we talk about Wanda Jean Allen, the first black female to executed in the U.S. since 1954.

This week we discuss the "Friend Murderers," and the horrendous murder of Chester Poage.

A Side (Adam):

Adam went to his son's track meet at his old alma mater and it got him to thinking about race movies, one...two in particular.

This week's A Sided finds Adam relating to a dad and his teens, but unlike Adam this dad is also fighting aliens.

B Side (Brooke):

This week we discuss spree killer, Steven Oken. Steven Oken is responsible for death of three woman, along with their sexual assault in 1987.

B Side (Brooke):

This week we discussed the "Package Killer," who is responsible for the deaths of at least three women, Gary Muehlberg.

A Side (Adam):

This week Adam, a massive D&D fan, in anticipation of the new "Dungeons & Dragons" film, discusses the previous incarnation from 2000.

A Side (Adam):

This week Adam discusses a movie from the mid 90s that he love and that is one of the worst reviewed movies that we have ever discussed on the podcast. It stars Keanu Reeves and Morgan Freeman. Chain Reaction

B Side (Brooke):

This week's episode is a story I stumbled upon while scrolling on TikTok. Patricide stories always seem to impact me differently. Maybe because I'm a parent or maybe it's because it just seems so unnatural, I don't know. This week's episode we discuss the death of Daniel Halseth.

B Side (Brooke):

This week Brooke discuss a case that was recently solved after 52 years, thanks to a cigarette.

A Side (Adam):

This week, Adam brings a bit of the B Side to the A Side, when he discusses one of his favorite crime noir films. 

This week we switched things up!

A Side (Adam):

This week we switched, and Adam tackled true crime (he still took an entertainment spin) with the fatal shooting of Halyna Hutchins by Alec Baldwin on the set of "Rust."

B Side (Brooke):

With the sides swapped, this week, Brooke tackled a "that guy from that movie." For some he's an A list hottie, for others he's "that guy from 'Gossip Girl'," Sebastian Stan.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are replaying a previous episode. We decided to go back to the early days. We will be back as soon as we can.

B Side (Brooke):

This week on the B Side we look at the "Wineville Chicken Coop Murders" committed by 21-year-old Gordon Stewart Northcott.

A Side (Adam):

With the passing of one the most well-known "that guy from that shows" (one of his characters has the most show crossovers and longest running character) Richard Belzer, Adam tackles the life and career of Richard.

A Side (Adam):

This week Adam focuses on everyone favorite Englishman from the 90s and early 00's, and a movie title so long it didn't fit on most marquees.

B Side (Brooke): 

This week we talk about "The Vampire of Sacramento," Richard Chase, who was a cannibal and necrophiliac. 

B Side (Brooke):

This week we explore another female serial killer. Velma Barfield, who has the distinct "honor" of being the first female i  the US to be executed after the reinstatement of the death penalty in 1976.

A Side (Adam):

Adam delves deep into one of his favorite movies that no one else seems to appreciate besides him, pretty par for the Adam course, lol.

B Side (Brooke):

This week, due to illness, Brooke's been watching ALOT of Netflix. So, to steal a page from the A Side, this week's B Side is all about true crime documentaries that you need to watch!

A Side (Adam):

One of Adam's favorite shows has a crossover episode with its spinoffs and BONUS it includes a "That Guy from That Show."

As 2022 has come to an end, we lost so many fantastically talented people. With Brooke still being a bit under the weather and sans voice, Brooke and Adam felt like this was the perfect opportunity to take the A Side and turn it into "A Tribute," to our lesser-known names. Lesser known doesn't mean less important.

“Willow” is back. The movie stars Val Kilmer and Warwick Davis (featured on Episode 30) and now 20 years later the show on Disney+ picks up.

B Side (Brooke):

Betty Lou's life could be soap opera plot line. Married five times with an attempted murder and a couple of murders under her belt.

A Side (Adam):

This week's A Side, Adam tackles something he hasn't in a while, a top five list. It's his "Top 5 Non-Marvel/DC Superhero Movies."

B Side (Brooke):

This week we discuss a man who made his way through National Parks to find his victims. Known as the National Forest Serial Killer, Gary Hilton, is this week's B Side.

It's been a minute, but it's time for another "That guy from that thing..."

A Side (Adam):

A couple episodes ago (Ep 114), Adam talked about the TV "Without A Trace," and it got him thinking about actress, Poppy Montgomery and a show that she was on "Unforgettable." A TV show that has the distinction of being cancelled twice! When it was brought back, it was completely different, bringing us to this week's A Side, TV shows that changed plots.

B Side (Brooke):

This week's subject has the distinction of not only being a sex offender, but a serial killer, AND a mass murderer, someone who kills a number of people at one time and in one place, the "Amazon Review Killer," Todd Kohlhepp.

This week, Adam deep dives into the movie Rounders.

While on a family trip, Adam didn't have his normal settings on his streamers, so he was able to rediscover a show that he loved, "Without A Trace."

This week we tackle the "Alpine Manor Serial Killers" aka the "Lethal Lovers," Gwendolyn Graham and Cathy Wood. Gwendolyn and Cathy nurses that kill.

This week, we discuss the BBQ Butcher of Baltimore, Joe Metheny, who allegedly turned some of his victims into hamburgers and sold them at a roadside BBQ stand.

A Side (Adam):

The works of Don Bluth connected with Adam deeply, they changed and matured as he did. One example is Titan AE.

With the passing of Angela Lansbury, Adam discusses one of his favorite Angela Lansbury movies.

B Side (Brooke):

This we head over to the birthplace of the Renaissance, Italy, to talk about the soap maker of Correggio, Leonarda Cianciulli.

B Side (Brooke):

With the release of "Dahmer-Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story," focusing on the crimes of Jeffrey Dahmer, we are focusing on the victims of those crimes.

This week we head to India and then to Denmark to trace the steps of this serial killer, Sanjay Sharma aka Juan Carlos Sanchez Pinto Clasen.

A Side (Adam):

Part one of a three-part fantasy series, that you can finally watch after Adam talks about them. This week "Shadow and Bone."

This week, in the midst of recording, a family issue arose for Brooke, so Adam took the reins with a wild story of breakdowns and faith in humanity being restored, in Boston on a Sunday evening. 

B Side (Brooke):

This week we come back into the present and head North of the border to discuss Canadian serial killer, Camille Cleroux.

A Side (Adam):

Adam finds a new streamer, Tubi! While on Tubi he rediscovered an old classic, "My Two Dads."

A Side (Adam):

This week on the A Side, Adam explores a movie that's kind of a mix between "Cyrano de Bergerac" and "Honey I Shrunk the Kids."

B Side (Brooke):

Cayetano Santos Godina aka "El Petiso Orejudo," the first known serial killer in Argentina (and probably the youngest).

B Side (Brooke):

Brooke really thought that she had done this story before and even recalled an entire conversation with Adam regarding a Star Wars tie-in that apparently never happened. The story of the Canadian "Dexter" copycat, serial killer Mark Andrew Twitchell.

A Side (Adam):

As he does each week, Adam allows his tv viewing to guide his story. This week Adam discusses the show "Kung-Fu."

B Side (Brooke):

Last week when I was looking into the movie for the swapped A Side/B Side, i discovered that the movie that I originally wanted to discuss had a true crime attached to it, so I saved it for this.

A Side (Adam):

Last week's movie discussion brought back to Adam's memory an actor that he has loved for years, Ernie Reyes Jr.

Changing things up a bit this week.

A Side (Adam):

This week Adam tackles the true crime with the story of Marceline Harvey, a serial killer whose crimes span seventy years.

B Side (Brooke):

This week, in very Adam fashion, Brooke took a rabbit hole researching one movie that led to this week's B Side, "The Last Dragon."

IT'S BACK!!! Fan favorite, "That guy from that show (movie)!!!" You recognize him from "The Mummy," "Deuce Bigalow Male Gigolo," "Resident Evil," and many, many other shows. Oded Fehr is this week's A Side.

B Side (Brooke):

Dr. Fraiser Crane is one of the most well-known characters on TV, having appeared on two different shows, "Cheers" and "Fraiser." The actor behind Dr. Fraiser Crane, Kelsey Grammar, is a superb and troubled actor. Some have heard about the tragedy of his sister; most have not heard about the tragedy of his father. We discuss both.

B Side (Brooke):

The Black Widow...or one of the many we have covered, this time we head over to Belgium in the early 1900s.

A Side (Adam):

This week binging two shows with the same star took Adam into the world of comics and video games, and leads to this week's A Side about "Arcane."

A Side (Adam):

Adam is on vacation at his parent's lake house, and it reminded him of a movie that reunited two of our favorites from 1994's "Speed," Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock in "The Lake House."

B Side (Brooke):

This week we discuss the babyface serial killer, "The Angel of Death," also known as "The Black Angel" in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

B Side (Brooke):

Baton Rouge was terrorized in the 90s through early 00s, keeping the female population terrified, all while another serial killer was active in the area, Sean Gillis (covered in episode 94).

A Side (Adam):

Once again, a book leads Adam down the road to a movie that he has loved for years.
