HISTORY OF PRODUCTS USED
We’re on our second full race season on Spinergy wheels and it’s been the ride of our lives! Our Spinergy wheels have allowed us the freedom to focus on performance without having to think about our gear, which is a huge deal. Unmatched durability and performance of the 44 hub coupled with the PBO spokes; these wheels can’t be beat. We ride GX Max on our bikes and Kenzie has outfitted her current season race bike with the incredible carbon MXX 24’s.
BIOGRAPHY
Kira (14) and Kenzie (13) got into Mountain Biking right after the world basically shut down for the Covid Pandemic. What perhaps to some was a life disrupting event, we embraced the sport as it allowed us to get out and have fun, dad had been a long-time mountain biker, so he was excited. It turns out that we had an awesome MTB community around us in Ramona, CA and we immediately connected with other talented riders in the area and started racing locally. Turned out we were pretty good at it 😊 Soon enough, we joined an amazing team under Edison Cycle Co. We try to work as hard on learning as we do on riding, we both go to St Michaels Catholic school and are both Honor Roll students with straight A’s.
