TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Newly released surveillance video shows the chaotic moment gunfire erupted at a Florida bar, injuring 10 people, including Houston Texans’ wide receiver Tank Dell on Saturday.

The Seminole County Sheriff’s Office released the footage, showing the moment a 16-year-old suspect, identified as Christopher Bouie of Daytona Beach, allegedly opened fire at an unlicensed event in Sanford with around 200 people.

Deputies said they were on the scene prior to the shooting because the event did not have the proper permit.

The sheriff’s office said the on-site security guard apprehended the shooter by the time deputies got inside the venue, and the shooting was a result of a physical altercation between the suspect and a second, unidentified shooter.

The 10 victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries, with nine being treated and released on Monday.

The Texans confirmed Dell was one of the victims in the shooting on social media Sunday, stating that he suffered a “minor wound” from the shooting. He was later released from the hospital and was in “good spirits,” the team said.
