MARIETTA, Okla. (WFLA) — An Oklahoma storm chaser had a close call after he and his partner almost got hit by a big chunk of tornado debris on I-35 Saturday.

Jesse Rossi was streaming his journey on Facebook Live, talking about the cloud formation ahead of him when lightning revealed that he was actually driving toward a powerful tornado.

“Oh, we got a tornado right in front of us!” Rossi’s partner shouted.

As the storm chasers tried to drive away from the twister, a massive chunk of debris crashed right in front of them, nearly hitting their vehicle.
