Thank you for your interest in participating in this informal anonymous survey about Filipino/a/x Sexuality by Sexuality & Pleasure Educator/Consultant Goddess Cecilia. The form does ask for your email just in case you want your answers emailed to you.

This project hopes to explore what and how we learned about sexual health and pleasure, our current attitudes about sexuality, our current pleasure practices, as well as about any sexual trauma history.

This is a living survey. If you think a question or item is missing you will have a chance to provide feedback at the end. However, PRELIMINARY RESULTS WILL BE SHARED ON NOVEMBER 1ST.
