airasia a-Access
a-Access (“Promo”) is a promotion organized by Philippines AirAsia, Inc. (“AirAsia”) and executed by its third-party agency TLC Marketing Worldwide Australia & NZ Pty Limited (“TLC Marketing”). By joining the Promo, the participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions. The decisions of the AirAsia for all matters relating to the Promo shall be final and binding in all respects.

Mechanics
How To Participate
Step 1: Book an AirAsia flight to any of the following AirAsia Domestic destinations: Boracay, Cebu, Bohol, Puerto Princesa, Dumaguete, Bacolod, Cagayan De Oro, Davao, Iloilo, Kalibo, Roxas City, Tacloban, Clark with travel period until April 7, 2023
Step 2: AirAsia passengers can enjoy the a-Access Boarding Pass Promo by getting their boarding pass upon check-in via:
- Physical check-in at the AirAsia check-in counters
- Self check-in via the self-service kiosks near the AirAsia check-in counters
- Web check-in via airasia.com or the AirAsia MOVE
All Airasia passengers are automatically eligible to participate in the Promo as long as they have their boarding pass in their possession.
Step 3: Participants must physically visit the merchant establishment/s during the trip and present their boarding pass and valid ID to the merchant staff to redeem the offer.
Step 4: Participants scan the a-Access Merchants’ QR code located in the merchant establishment and input the booking reference number, customer name, customer contact number, home address, and other information needed. Then present the confirmation email to the merchant partner to avail the discount.
How To Join The a-Access Raffle
For every five (5) successful physical redemptions, you earn one (1) raffle ticket. Once you physically visit at least five (5) a-Access merchants during your trip and scanned the a-Access Merchants’ QR Code, you will be eligible to join the raffle for a chance to win a free AirAsia flight.
To join the a-access raffle, AirAsia will automatically track the redemptions of the participants with the use of the merchant QR code that they will have to scan during the redemption process. AirAsia will collect the booking reference number, customer name, customer contact number, home address, and other information needed.
A total of 10 Winners will be selected to win 1 round-trip ticket to any airasia domestic destination valid for one year from the date of receipt of the prize. Deadline for the raffle entries would be on April 7, 2023 and the raffle draw of winners will be on January 8, 2024. The winners will be notified via the registered mail, and will also receive an email/SMS notification. Moreover, AirAsia will release an announcement on its official Facebook and Instagram page on the same day.

- The a-Access Promo is open to all passengers 18 or above with a valid Philippines AirAsia boarding pass.

Terms And Conditions
- All AirAsia passengers covered by Travel Periods within February 6, 2023 to April 7, 2023 are automatically eligible to participate in the a-Access Promo.
All offers published on the a-Access promo page, unless expressly indicated otherwise in the offer details, are for one (1) person and must be enjoyed individually, expressly excluding group or couple booking with two (2) or more boarding passes. In the event that the user wishes to enjoy an offer in group or couple, they must pay the corresponding fee to the collaborating center for the booking of their companions.
Neither AirAsia, nor TLC Marketing, nor its agents or distributors guarantee the quality or availability of the services offered by the participating merchant partners even if this results in loss or damage to the code recipient.
The cost of all additional requests not included in the offer (equipment, extended period, additional services, etc.) will be exclusively attributable to the consumer. Consumers must respect the general conditions of each merchant partner, and its websites reserve the right to modify their rates (if applicable).
Choice of merchant partners has been the subject of great attention for their quality. Nevertheless, AirAsia and TLC Marketing shall not be held liable once the reservation has been made with one of the merchant partners because of errors, merchant partners of involuntary omissions for any reason or in the event of incidents.
TLC Marketing reserves the right to cancel the offer or to substitute another offer of equal or greater value, without the consumer being able to claim other compensation, indemnities of any sort, or claim any cash awards. - Redeeming a-Access Promo and Offers
- AirAsia passengers may redeem a deal/discount within the a-Access Promo from any merchant partner within one (1) month upon arrival date as indicated on the boarding pass. They may continue to redeem discounts and offers for as long as they keep and present the boarding pass itself.
- Only one (1) boarding pass can be used to redeem discounts for one (1) single-receipt transaction per day per establishment.
- AirAsia passengers must fill up the Customer Redemption Form by scanning the Merchant QR code present at the merchant partner establishment, then present a submitted form to the partner merchant to avail of the discount/offer.
- The deals and discounts available via the a-Access Promo cannot be combined with any other offers or exchanged for cash or any other products in kind by AirAsia and partner establishments.
- The offers that participants can avail are up to 50%OFF discount depending on the merchant partners that they have selected.
- In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, a senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
- Raffle Entries and Prizes
- Each participant may earn a maximum of two (2) raffle entries if they successfully redeem the maximum of ten (10) deals/discounts per PNR/Boarding Pass Number . For every five (5) successful physical redemptions, you earn one (1) raffle ticket.
- Each participant may only win the raffle once. If they are drawn twice, their second drawn and succeeding raffle entry is forfeited.
- AirAsia reserves the right in concurrence with DTI, to disqualify a participant if he/she is unable to satisfy the conditions set out in the promo mechanics.
- All personal details submitted by each participant must be accurate, complete, and are subject to provision of proof upon request of AirAsia. Any inaccurate or incomplete information found in a submission will result in disqualification of the participant.
- Winners will be notified via registered mail. Winners’ names will also be posted on AirAsia’s social media pages and notified via details provided in the raffle entry.
- Winners must present the email letter of notification from Airasia, together with two (2) of the following valid IDs (IDs with a picture on it): Passport, Driver’s License, SSS or GSIS ID, Postal ID, Voter’s ID, NBI Clearance or Company ID and TIN ID for final verification by responding to AirAsia’s email.
- The winner may be required to sign such further documents as may be considered necessary by AirAsia, agents and partners.
- Prize and instruction on how to claim will be sent via registered email by the AirAsia’s representative.
- Prizes may be claimed via email to the authorized AirAsia representative upon receiving notification of winning. The AirAsia representative will send the prize to the winner’s registered email address.
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold AirAsia and its agents, partners, free and harmless from any loss, expense, cost, claims, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
- Determination of winners will be held on January 8, 2024 11:00AM Philippine time via ZOOM or Google Meet in the presence of a DTI representative.
- Raffle draw will be supervised by DTI representative and Phil Air Asia representative
- Prizes unclaimed sixty (60) days after receipt of the notification will be forfeited in favor of Airasia with prior approval from DTI.
- The prize is inclusive of all mandatory charges, including airport taxes, fuel surcharges, admin fees, and 20kg checked-in baggage per person only but is exclusive of Airport Terminal Fee, ASF, and International Travel Tax when applicable.
- The winner will shoulder 20% tax on prizes exceeding 10,000.00.
- In the event that the winner chooses not to accept a prize or any element thereof, they forfeit any claims to that prize, which can then be awarded to another participant chosen at the sole discretion of AirAsia with approval of DTI-FTEB Department of Trade and Industry Fair Trade Enforcement Bureau.
- General Terms
- a-Access eligibility is non-transferable, not convertible to cash, not endorsable, and not for sale.
- AirAsia and merchant partners reserve the right to verify and decline the eligibility of all participants for redeeming discounts and offers.
- a-Access deals and discounts may only be redeemed from accredited merchant partners which include restaurants, activities, and service providers located in Boracay, Cebu, Bohol, Puerto Princesa, Dumaguete, Bacolod, Cagayan De Oro, Davao, Iloilo, Kalibo, Roxas City, Tacloban, and/or Clark, which are contracted by third-party agency TLC Marketing.
- Any fraud or misinformation detected from any information provided by the passenger will result in cancellation of their eligibility.
- By participating in the AirAsia a-Access, the Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as AirAsia’s Terms & Conditions of Carriage as may be amended from time to time.
- These Terms and Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials regarding a-Access. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms in these Terms and Conditions and the airasia’s Terms & Conditions of Carriage (https://www.airasia.com/aa/about-us/en/gb/terms-and-conditions-z2.html), these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- Participants hold AirAsia and TLC marketing, its partners, and duly authorized representatives free and harmless from any claim by 3rd parties for violation of privacy, violation of intellectual property rights, and/or damage to reputation and other similar instances.
- The Participant agrees to hold harmless, defend and fully indemnify AirAsia and TLC marketing from and against all losses (including loss of opportunity and consequential loss arising therewith), damages, expenses and all third party actions, proceedings, claims, demands, costs (including without prejudice to the generality of this provision, the legal cost of each other, personal injuries, death, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation), awards and damages that may arise as a result of the use of a-Access.
- The Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in the Philippines and venue of any suit arising from this Promo shall be in the proper courts in the City of Pasay, to the exclusion of all other courts.
- The participant agrees to have read this form, understood its contents, and consent to the collection and processing of the information disclosed. The participant understands and agrees that this form and the information it contains will be processed by AirAsia Philippines in accordance with its privacy policy, which the participant has likewise read and understood. The participant also hereby consents to the processing of personal data by AirAsia and TLC marketing to administer and conduct this campaign, including contact Qualified Customers and to conduct verification and other actions in connection with this campaign for the administration of the redemption in relation with this campaign. For this purpose, AirAsia and TLC may disclose Personal Data to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, suppliers and, as required regulatory authorities. Personal Data collection will comply with the regulations of the national government, civil aviation authorities, local government units, and government agencies, and allows AirAsia Philippines and/or its affiliates and service providers to manage, verify booking and/or assist with the modification of the same, as applicable. The participant hereby warrants that all information in this form is complete, true and correct, and freely and voluntarily disclosed to AirAsia Philippines for the aforementioned purposes. The participant also understands their rights under the Data Privacy Act, such as the right to access and correct personal information, and the right to object.
- All AirAsia passengers covered by Travel Periods within February 6, 2023 to April 7, 2023 are automatically eligible to participate in the a-Access Promo.
