I’ma repeat customer. Great place to purchase beauty items imo! Very responsive and kind customer service, fast shipping. All the products worked for me. I don’t have experience purchasing other types of items, but they also seem to be of good quality. Will likely buy footwear in the future!

Exactly why did you send this email for my review if this is the way you feel everyone should understand your company have no integrity and if you is the owner then you should learn a few things about how to run a company accusing your customers should not be one of them if you providing promos, you should be able to own them without being Hateful and nasty… just my humble opinion.. you don’t have to reply… I not interested..have a good day🛑🛑🛑

You're not allowed to shop with us because you've been banned.
You did try to scam us, but we caught on and canceled your orders. You created a fake email address so you could get the new customer discount and you demanded free shipping on a $10 order saying it was promised to you. Which it wasn’t.
As you can see from our reviews, we offer exceptional customer service when we are being respected. If you disrespect me, I won't respond with rainbows and butterflies. Thats not how life works.
I always have an excellent experience shopping with Lab. The website is easy to navigate, and every item has a thorough description. My order arrives quickly and nicely packaged. I look forward to shopping with Lab again.

I love LAB! I have been shopping at LAB since 2023 and have enjoyed all of my beauty and clothing purchases. I purchased luxury products as gifts for friends and they really enjoyed them. I like the variety of products and brands, and supporting a small business! I don’t shop at big corporations for my beauty products anymore and prefer to shop at LAB!

I have been a customer of LAB since its beginnings in its North York location on Avenue Road. The products are all as described. Value is great. Lauren is a wonderful entrepreneur and started this business well before resale of luxury goods was as common as it is today. Selection is great and I love that she promotes Canadian made products. Product condition descriptions are precise as are detailed photos. Love this company and its offerings.

I've ordered multiple times from Lab and have been pleased with timing and service. I mostly buy beauty products so sometimes things just aren't to my preference but with the savings, trying things isn't that big of a loss. The prices are great on the beauty products and I'm always amazed at how recent things are. Last order I incorrectly put "pick up" and was contacted quickly to confirm if I could do that, given my geographic location. Mistake identified, no problem getting the items shipped, beautifully packaged. The entire experience was so personable, it was a pleasure dealing with them.

Pour la rapidité c'était correct. C'est la qualité du produit qui ne semble pas la version originale, mais plutôt une copie.
J'utilise les produits Gatineau depuis plus de 20 ans sans problème mais cette crème (plutôt une lotion) est tellement parfumée, étant intolérante au parfum, je ne pourrais pas l'utiliser. Je voudrais être emboursée, car c'est 79$ de perdu.
