Hello! I'm Bella and I'm a 29 year old comic artist from South Texas (currently living in Washington state). Some quick notes about myself:
- I'm transmasculine and use he/they pronouns. HE/HIM STRONGLY PREFERRED!!
- I post art very infrequently!! This is something I'm working on, but because of adhd, limited time/energy, chronic wrist pain, etc. I post things at my own pace.
- There may be some personal posts/ramblings on this page. I tend to use social media just to cross-post my art and Iβm trying to be a little more ~involved~
- I have 2 cats named Maxwell and Honey Lemon and I LOVE THEM!!!
Current Projects-
- I've spent the last year reposting Candlebot Comics, a comic strip I drew for my college's newspaper from 2013 to 2016 (which you can read in its entirety on my website!) Currently working on getting printed copies to sell in my shop and at conventions.
- I have a 5-page minicomic about ~gender~ that Iβm working on at the moment. Iβll try to share wips if I can!
-10/29/23 update: I currently have most of my minicomic ready for print!! I'm working on a final cover design and am hoping to have them risograph printed locally while I print the interior pages at home. I'm postponing printing Candlebot Comics as I originally intended it (An ambitious 32 pages that I tried printing at home. It did not work out.). I want to instead try to collect them into some mini zines with some other comic strips I've made.)
Past Projects-
- I drew a minicomic called Wrong Order that you can read on my website. Itβs a story of fast food and desperation.
- You can also read Fall of the Starcatcher, a minicomic I drew for my partner and Iβs wedding anniversary about an alienβs quest to catch a shooting star.
