Introduction

1. The airasia food x Momo’s giveaway (“Contest”) is organised by AirAsia Com Travel Sdn Bhd (Company No: 201301020508)(“Organiser”). Subject to these terms and conditions, participants of this Contest (“Participants”, “you”, “their”) will stand a chance to win a 2D1N stay at MoMo’s Kuala Lumpur (“Prize”) upon satisfying the Contest Mechanism hereinafter provided.

2. This Contest will be conducted on the airasia Super App during the Contest Period (hereunder provided).

3. This Contest is governed by the terms and conditions set out hereunder (“Specific Terms and Conditions”) and by participating or upon entry of this Contest, Participants agree to be bound by these Specific Terms and Conditions, and shall be deemed to have given their consent for the collection of personal information and is subjected to the Privacy Statement of the Organiser.

Validity

4. The Contest will be held for a period of one (1) day commencing from 1000 (GMT+8) and ending at 2359 (GMT+8) on 11 March 2022 (“Contest Period”).

Specific Terms and Conditions

5. Participants who adhere to the following contest mechanism (“Contest Mechanism”) are eligible to win the Contest:

a. During the Contest Period, the Participants shall make a successful purchase of a 6-pcs McNuggets meal for only RM10 on airasia food through airasia Super App using the promo code SUPERMM to stand a chance to qualify.

6. Participants who satisfy the requirements of the Contest Mechanism shall be eligible to win the Contest, and Participants who provide incomplete entries or fail to abide by

the Contest Mechanism will automatically be disqualified from the Contest without any further notice.

7. Subject to the Specific Terms and Conditions, only the first three hundred (300) Participants who strictly followed the Contest Mechanism will be selected as the winners of this Contest (“Winner”).

8. Entry to the Contest is free of charge and the Contest is open to Participants who are eighteen (18) years old and above on the date of entry and residing in Malaysia.

9. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry by Participants which are deemed to contain offensive, inappropriate, and/or obscene elements. Such entries will be disqualified immediately.

Announcement of Winner

10. The Winner will be announced via email at the end of the Contest, by 20 March 2022 (“Winner Announcement Date”). Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Prize is only claimable by the selected Winners.

11. There shall be three hundred (300) Winners who will be entitled to receive the Prize. For clarity purposes, each Winner will receive one (1) Bunkies/Crashpad stay worth RM100 at MoMo’s Kuala Lumpur which is redeemable within 6 months after the announcement of winners and can be used every Sunday to Thursday only.

12. Winners will have to book the date of stay through the airasia Super App. Date of stay is subject to availability.

13. The Prize must be redeemed by 20 September 2022, otherwise the Prize will be deemed forfeited.

14. The Organiser may require proof of identity of the Winner but nothing herein obliges the Organiser under any circumstance to enquire, ascertain or investigate the identity of any person(s).

15. In the event the original Prize offered is not available, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute or replace the Prize with another prize of similar value. For the avoidance

of doubt, the prize and its value shall be determined by the Organiser at its own discretion.

16. The Prize is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for money, money’s worth or other prizes. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize can however be used as a form of payment for the products available on the Platform.

17. Only one (1) entry will be considered for the Prize in respect of the same Participant.

18. The decision of the Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Contest, including but not limited to the type of Prize and Winner, is final, conclusive and binding and no further appeal, inquiry, complaint and/or correspondence will be entertained.

Miscellaneous

19. These Specific Terms and Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials regarding the Contest. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms in this Specific Terms and Conditions and other provisions or materials, this Specific Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

20. The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure to comply or for any delay in performing its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic and pandemic as pronounced by the World Health Organisation, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances of whatsoever nature beyond the control of the Organiser.

21. The Organiser reserves the right at its sole discretion to vary, delete or add to any of the terms and conditions contained herein and/or cancel, terminate or suspend this Contest from time to time without any prior notice, and such revised terms and conditions will be posted on the Website immediately. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser of this Contest shall not entitle you to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any and all losses or damage howsoever arising, whether or not the Organiser or you have been advised

of the possibility of such loss or damage.

22. You shall be personally responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against you under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Contest.

23. All other costs and expenses associated with this Contest and Prize, including but not limited to, transportation or any other costs of a personal nature that are not stated shall be solely borne by the Winner.

24. The Organiser shall bear no responsibility for any damage, loss (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss), liability, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the Winner and Participant(s) in connection with this Contest, the promotion of this Contest or the use of any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

25. The Participant(s) shall not hold the Organiser liable for the outcome of the Contest.

26. These Specific Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
