We need your info to approve you for a box of delicious healthy food from Urban Awareness Gardens and to add you to the queue for the next available food box. Since we're just artists helping artists we don't have a big donor helping out (but if you know one you'd like to send our way, we're all ears!) so as we sell more Plague Doctor Mugs we buy more food! Any social media shares you can do are incredibly helpful in keeping this moving!

You do not have to be on the brink of ruin

We're not only looking for artists on the brink of absolute ruin here. We know, as creatives, that if we can lift the burden of one thing and let our fellow artists know they are appreciated then we can, as a community, do so many great things! We just need the breathing room to get creative and find solutions. That's why we're here doing this. We just want to feed the artists.

Once we've reviewed your application (please be patient with us - it's just 2 people here) we'll let you know you've been approved and added to the queue. As soon as funds for a box purchase are available we'll notify you. If you do not respond within 24 hours we'll move to the next person on the list so please make sure the email and phone number you give us below are the most accurate for easily reaching you.
