1. This form is for Ordinary, Lifetime and Associate Membership applications.
3. The questions on this form are designed to assess your eligibility for membership, especially according to your personal values, and whether they align with Pillars of Sabah's objectives and ethos, as indicated by your responses.
4. Eligibility for membership shall not be assessed according to any of the following:
(a) Race
(b) Ethnicity
(c) Sex
(d) Gender identification
(e) Sexual orientation
(f) Marital status
(g) Religion
(h) Political alignment
(i) Education
(j) Income status
(k) Physical appearance
Therefore, should Pillars of Sabah ever request any of the above information, it is strictly for documentation purposes only. Providing any such information is optional.
5. Pillars of Sabah shall enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy with regards to:
(a) Bigotry or prejudice, including, but not limited to, racism, sexism, heterosexism, ableism, classism, etc.
(b) Any deliberate action that threatens the physical, mental or emotional well-being of any member.
(c) Unfair criticism or belittling of any member’s art, or any other form of creative output, especially if unsolicited.
(d) Deliberately tarnishing or undermining the name and/or reputation of Pillars of Sabah and/or any of its members.
(e) Corruption, or any form of misuse of Pillars of Sabah resources for direct personal gain.
