SOMeCA (SOAR/Student Media/Cultural Arts & Diversity) conducts questionnaires regularly to assess our programs and services and to hear how we can best serve you and your student organization. We thank you for taking the time to share your experiences and feedback

The questionnaire will take approximately 10 minutes. Your answers are anonymous.

If you would like to enter for a chance to win one of four $50 Amazon gift cards, surveys must be completed by June 3, 11:59 p.m. and you will be asked to enter your email to be contacted if you win. To be eligible to enter a chance to win, you must be a current UCSC student.
