Thank you for expressing interest in joining us as a volunteer Community Facilitator!
Our events are usually conducted on weekday nights, and last around 2-3 hours. We usually have a large group icebreaker at the start of the programme before we split into smaller groups. You'll be facilitating the small group discussions.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate a conversation by guiding the participants (3-5 pax) through the use of conversation cards
- Managing group dynamics and time management of the conversation
- Creating an inclusive and safe space for different opinions and groups of people
- Provide feedback on participants to Friendzone when necessary
