Food & Body Wisdom Mastery (1:1 support)
I offer 1:1 coaching and recommend starting with 12 sessions. This is the perfect way to start your healing journey.
I bring together the power of psychology, mindset work and nutrition science to rewire your mind and establish a healthy relationship with food and your body. Over the course of our time together, you’ll experience a deep healing process, which starts with my unique "timeline" method using the “tornado model” to uncover what’s keeping you stuck.
Together, we'll identify and challenge the core beliefs and mindset patterns that have been holding you back, while also implementing "nutritional rehabilitation" to balance your blood sugar levels and nourish your body.
I'll be by your side, with weekly 1:1 meetings, personalised resources, and text message support to provide guidance every step of the way. We will work to bring peace and confidence back into your life.

The Food Freedom Circle (Group Coaching)
An 8-week group coaching program to transform your relationship with food and body. Say goodbye to chaos around food and struggle with your body image. Embrace peace and calm so that you can make food choices aligned with your body's needs, and feel amazing in that dress you've already dreamed of wearing.
Throughout the program, we'll go deep into the root causes of your food challenges, and learn how to make healthy and empowered choices.
By the end of the program, you'll have a profound shift in your perspective - a more positive body image, self-acceptance and you’ll overcome negative thought patterns. You'll feel confident in your own skin and establish healthy habits and routines around eating, movement, and self-care, to nurture mind, body, and soul.
