Body Project Australia is a group-based early intervention program that targets body image concerns in young women aged 14-18 years. This two-day in person workshop provides the knowledge and skills to deliver the four-week program in your community.

The two-day workshop is appropriate for teachers and school wellbeing staff, youth workers, community workers, health and fitness professionals and anyone else working with young people.

The workshop adopts experiential learning as the main training tool. Workshop participants will have the opportunity to participate as both program facilitators and participants, as we work through each session of the four-week program. There is some pre-workshop reading and activity completion required as part of this training.

The cost of the workshop includes the facilitator manual and resources.

WHEN:

Commences March 26th, 2024 (AEDT)

Session 1: Tuesday, March 26th - 9.30am to 4.30pm
Session 2: Wednesday, March 27th - 9.30am to 4.30pm

*Please do not register for this workshop if you are not able to attend both days of training.


WHERE:

CATERING: 

Morning tea will be provided. Please Bring Your Own lunch. 

Alternatively, you are welcome to enjoy one of the nearby cafes or visit the local supermarket.

COST: 

$505.00 (incl GST)


Registrations close Tuesday 19th March, 2024.

When selecting your ticket, you will have the option to pay now, or, have an invoice sent to you. If you choose 'invoice', your booking is not confirmed until the invoice has been paid. We require invoices to be paid before training commences. Please note our cancellation policy applies.
