Over the span of 8 years my evolution as a chef has been nothing short of remarkable. Beginning with a solid foundation in culinary basics, I embarked on a journey characterized by unwavering dedication and a thirst for culinary excellence. Throughout this journey, I encountered and overcame numerous challenges, each one serving as a catalyst for my development.
