Help to bring my babies home

I was in a domestic violence situation that landed me into the hospital where my kids were taken into dcs custody. Since then I have left the abuser got my house secured with camera systems. And followed all of the classes and guidelines they had in place for me. And now it's been almost a year and we really have gotten nowhere. My kids have came out and said their foster mom is hitting them in their heads we've made reports (me in my visitation coordinator) and still nothing. So now I am trying to get a lawyer who can take over and help me bring my kids home. I am and has been very compliant with everything.this money is for lawyer representative in court.
