DO NOT's: NSFW (non-sexual nudity ask about), immoral/illegal content, media i'm uncomfortable with (usually typical dni media, feel free to ask if you're unsure though)
• Complex characters or designs will be simplified
• I have a right to refuse a commission!
• Small/Medium pieces are completed faster than Larger pieces. Typical time is around a week or two, but it can take up to a month. I typically finish within a few days since my health can be very volatile
• i may use any art i make for customers for examples and for portfolio use
• I can send as many WIP shots as needed, I usually send one for the sketch at minimum
• I receive payment up front before starting the commission but I can also receive half the money first then half after completion, if you do not specify i will default to the first!
• for commissions 100$ and over, payment plans can be discussed!
• Refunds can be discussed! There will be no refunds for completed art. 100% refunds only possible if I have not started the art
• Do not use my art for commercial use. Personal use only, which can include making icons, printing out a poster for your use only, etc. I am open to making for commercial use, but this must be discussed before hand!
• Do not use my art for NFTs or any type of crypto

• Customs follow some regular TOS rules if they apply, meaning I will not draw transphobia/homophobia/etc, make fan ocs from content I am uncomfortable with, draw complex armor or mecha, I will send WIP shots (most likely more than the 1)
• I can draw any species, I can draw anthro/feral/humanoid/humans
• You can tell me as many details as you want with the design (body type, hairstyle, clothing for example) there's always the option to leave it some/all of it up to me
• Customs are off base unless said otherwise

• disclaimer, this is for giveaways where I am shipping out something to the winner.
• You must be 18+ to enter
• you must be comfortable giving me your address, i will not ask for your full address until i am done with the prize and it's ready to ship (i may ask what state you're in though before that!)
• complex designs are not allowed, i am open to a lot though, so just ask!
• most of the time you will not have to pay for shipping (unless it's a big prize!) for clay craft giveaways and similar sized/smaller, shipping will be covered by me
