You do not have to be a professional or have experience to join this class! All levels are welcome.

 

Each week we will progress, starting from beginner balance poses to more challenging balance poses. This series is open to beginners looking to find greater balance and awareness in their bodies.

 

This series will be both challenging but beginner friendly. Sharday will offer modifications throughout the series.

Props needed: blocks (or a sturdy book), yoga strap (or a belt) & an open mind!
