We welcome our very first father/daughter team to the podcast:  Ed Gibbs, President and CEO and Caley Gibbs, Vice President at Gib-San Pool & Landscape Creations, a 3rd generation industry-leading pool company that has perfected the art of building swimming pools and spas.  Ed, son of Gib-San founder Ed Gibbs Sr., started working for the company in the early 1980s while attending school and university. After 15 years of learning the business from the ground up, Ed purchased the company from his father in 1993. He has been active in international pool industry leadership through its associations and also through his business management strategy.

Ed’s two adult children, Caley and Connor, likewise followed in his footsteps starting in the business during their academic pursuits and they each had the unique and special opportunity to work with both their grandfather and father. The family legacy continues.
