Glad I found this podcast and group

I’m really grateful for this podcast. I was searching for help and understanding with the anxiety I’ve been dealing with. I first found the HSP warriors group on Facebook, then this podcast was shared in a post. Thank you Daphnie and Tonya. I feel heard. I have more understanding of my feelings and how to get through and give myself grace. You’ve made a difference for me and I appreciate that you’re both sharing your experiences and how to’s to get through trying times.

One of my favorites!

This podcast has quickly become one of my favorites- It’s like taking a deep, nourishing breath, or a drink of cool water on a hot day. When the world feels crazy or I start feeling overwhelmed I can listen to an episode and it’s instantly begins to calm my nervous system. Thanks for all the great content!

Terrific Medicine for My HSP Soul

Having grown up in a highly sensitive family, it took a long time for me to fully understand the rarity of HSPs in the greater world. I’ve read the books and learned a lot. However, this podcast is the much needed next step that feels to me like finally becoming whole again _and_ learning how too integrate myself into the non-HSP world. I highly recommend this podcast! It will help all HSPs. It will also help non-HSPs understand any HSPs that come their way.
