Clarification

An important clarification regarding the use of loops:

The sample loops that are provided to you in this package are the same in all copies of this pack.

There are different rules about whether a loop sample can be used, replicating the exact sound that is demonstrated in the pack's demo track.

We advise you to use sample loops not in dry form, because your track will lose any uniqueness.

The fact is that this sample pack is downloaded by many artists, and often many of them decide to use the loops in a dry form, without any kind of modification or editing. And this, in the future, will be reflected in the originality of the tracks and cause some confusion on music platforms, especially when your listener will shazam your particular track.

If two producers use the same sequence of sample loops without any editing, modification, cutting, rearrangement, etc., then music bots can accidentally suspect all sorts of plagiarism or copyright infringement. But in fact, just these two artists repeated the use of the same sample loops in a single sequence in the original form, which eventually comes out as two identical tracks in some fragments.

Recommendations : Try Not to use any sample loop (especially the melodic ones) in its original form in your works and smaller tracks, without any editing or cutting. And do not repeat the same sequence from the Demo track of this sample pack.

Many artists have experienced problems after the release of their tracks because of this situation, as it often happens that a certain number of artists accidentally decide to use the same sample loop in its original form. This applies in particular to sample loops with a unique sound (Leads, Melodies, Live instrument playing...).

With rhyming sample loops, everything is much simpler and less critical, because they are similar and the same everywhere.

As a result, you can safely use the rhymical sample loop in its original form, because there is no special criterion in its sound (kick loops, snare loops, cymbals, etc.). As for the rest of the sample loops with a unique sounds, we recommend you to turn on your Creativity!
