Medievil-Music User License and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Thank you for purchasing and downloading the Medievil-Music product. Please be aware that your purchase and download of a Medievil-Music Sample CD or Download Pack does not grant you ownership of the sounds. Instead, you have obtained a license to use the sounds in your musical compositions and release them commercially. For complete details, please refer to the License Agreement provided below.
You are permitted to use these sounds in combination with other sounds in your musical compositions and release them commercially without any additional fees or royalties. For example, if you are the original purchaser of a Medievil-Music Sample CD or Download Pack and you use the sounds to create a soundtrack for a television commercial or a theme tune for a popular TV show, and your composition is broadcasted numerous times, you are entitled to keep all the royalties you earn since you have already obtained a commercial license for the sounds.
However, it is not allowed to use these sounds to create another sample CD, "library music" sound file album, multimedia sound library CD-ROM, or any similar competing products against Medievil-Music. Additionally, sharing these sounds with others is prohibited. For further clarification, please refer to our FAQs and the complete license provided below.
