Dr. Brenda Salter McNeil has been working in the space of biblical reconciliation for over three decades and the wisdom and grace she brings is invaluable! Thirty years into pursuing racial justice and speaking the truth, she is still entirely convinced of the bravery this job requires. With the heart of a mentor, she actively encourages each of us to pick up our courage and join her in this kingdom work. Her latest book is called Becoming Brave: Finding the Courage to Pursue Racial Justice Now and the call she issues was the basis of our conversation in this episode.
Dr. Brenda is a graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary (whoop!) and now teaches at Seattle Pacific University.
