What motivated you to become an author?

My mother is my greatest motivation.

From by birth, my mom narrated her own stories to me and she still does till present. She always insisted me to write books and publish.

I always observed that when my mom used to narrate stories, kids from our neighborhood surrounded her and enjoyed her stories. This happened with me too in when I used to tell stories in the preschool where i worked. Kids used to run and sit next to me.

In the time of lockdown in 2021, I got to write my own story, that is when I wrote SHE IS MY MOM.

Do you think someone could be a writer if they don’t feel emotions strongly?

Emotions are the necessary medium to convey your message or thoughts trough your writing.IT IS WHEN THE STORY MATTERS TO YOU, IT WILL MATTER TO OTHERS, WE SHOULD LOVE OUR STORY FIRST. Each and every character should have an impact on the readers mind and heart, emotionally and psychologically. Otherwise no one will care what we write and enjoy the story.

What else do you like to do other than writing?

Right now I’m preparing my Indian Civil services. Other than that in my free time i write stories for kids and watch Japanese Anime. I love gardening and trying out creative things.

Did you come across any specific challenge in writing? What would you do differently the next time?

WRITERS BLOCK AND CREATIVE BLOCK is one of biggest challenge for writers. It is where your brain gives up on writing due to lack of motivation. This is the biggest challenge i have faced. At times, i randomly Google and search motivation in Pinterest, read different books, take a break and start writing and never give up. I write whatever I had in my mind, later i edit it. Editing is the biggest challenge authors face secondly, it because of AUTHORS BLINDNESS where your mistakes skips from your mind. I have edited my books a lot and later, give it to the professional editors to get my work polished.

As a child, what did you want to do when you grow up?

I had many dreams which kept fluctuating every time i observed something different. Some are in my childhood i wanted to become a black Commando hen it got changed to be astronaut later to be a archeologist and then air hostess. Lack of support from my family stopped me from achieving my dreams. Right now my biggest dream is to become an IAS OFFICER.

What advice do you have for other writers?

There is an authors soul in every each of you. I know very well that you all wanted to write something at a point of time in your life. There is no age for it. So what’s stopping you? Grab your pen and start writing. Never let Writers block hinder your dreams. Never give up. Who knows, you can be the next best seller. SO UNLEASH YOUR CREATIVITY.

Where is your favorite place to write?

My favourite place is my bed and next to the window. I enjoy viewing the natures beauty and the flow of wind while I write.

Who are your favorite authors? What do you like about their works?

My favourite authors are Oliver Jeffers and J.K.Rowling.

Both are masters of creativity. Thier imagination and creativity is so unique that no one can immitate  thier writing.

I love thier writing style and the way they show thier writing without telling.

What are you trying to achieve with it?

I didn’t start writing to achieve anything. I always wanted to show the people who always said me I’m nothing and good for nothing. I wanted to show the world I am a doer and i do what I tell unlike others.

I write stories to bring a smile on the kids face and to tell them, YOU ARE NOT ALONE. I AM THERE WITH YOU TROUGH MY STORIES. Stories help kids to relate what they are facing and convey the message to solve it in thier own way.
