1 | Colorful Hues

Bold and colorful hues from blues, purples, and blushes have become more popular than ever in this upcoming season! Designers are producing more and more unique and personality targeted gowns, which can add the perfect touch of character to any gown. #WED deisgners like Willowby by Watters and La Perle by Calla Blanche took note of this stylish shift while creating looks that push bridal boundaries in all the right ways.

2 | Square Necklines

A gorgeous neckline is one of the most important components of any gown, and square necklines nail it every time. This season’s collections brought back the detail oriented construction of a modern and tasteful look, while still remaining sexy and interesting! Eddy K and Lillian West by Justin Alexander are using this trend to their advantage which is always sharp, and visually architectual.

3 | Romantic Ruffles

Whether they’re in accessories, hemlines, or flowing through the skirt, nothing says ‘bride’ quite like ruffles! The fluttery teired fabric created by silk, tulle, or chiffon is quintessential for the 2022 brides that are all about the romantic and whimsical look. #WED designers such as Lis Simon, Willowby by Watters, and Wtoo by Watters utilized this forcasted trend in 2022 collections!

4 | High Necklines

Goodbye sweetheart, and hello high necklines! Despite what some may think, high necklines create a sexy and interesting look which is why 2022 brides are all over this trend! Whether it be a mock, jewel, or halter, we are seeing almost every designer launch some variation of these high necklines for upcoming fall collections. Designers such as La Perle by Calla Blanche and Lillian West by Justin Alexander are jumping on this classic and highly requested bodice shape this season.

5 | Head-to-Toe Simplicity

Rustic is out – and modern is SO in! Let’s be honest, most 2021 brides were obsessing over the vintage lace and intricate applique decor, but the reemergence of our classic hollywood inspired gowns are back; and we hope they are here to stay. Celebrities like Ariana Grande, Meghan Markle, and Solange Knowles are being seen more by stylists as inspiration with their non-traditional, yet sexy and classic gowns. Eddy K, Wtoo by Watters, and Lis Simon are some of our favorite #WED designers that have refined and perfected this timeless fall 2022 trend.

6 | Cutouts

Just because you are a bride, does NOT mean you have to remain completely modest! One of our favorite fall 2022 trends has to be illusion, lace, or just simple skin cutouts. This contemporary trend is perfect for a destination wedding, elopement, or simply for the bride wanting to have a little bit of fun with their look! Designers such as Paloma Blanca and Lillian West by Justin Alexander are implementing this trend with recent launches!

7 | Gloves

One of our favorite ways to add some (detachable) drama is with Audrey Hepburn inspired gloves! Untamed Petals is one of our favorite #WED designers that has jumped on this glamorous 2022 trend, launching gloves with handsewn pearls, delicate lace, and sequined tulle! What better way to channel your inner ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s’ alter-ego?

8 | Classy Corsetry

Taking over the bridal industry is the return of sultry corset bodices. A good corset top is always a staple in streetwear, however, we never expected it to flourish into one of our all time favorite bridal trends! Brides are loving this feature because it not only accentuates their figure, but pays recognition to the traditional silhouette (with a sexy twist). Designers like Lillian West by Justin Alexander and Paloma Blanca are on board with their unique and modish renditions!

9 | Neoclassical Details

Even with all of the classic hollywood details coming back, nothing beats a dramatic, museum worthy gown. From intricate applique, to handplaced motifs, detailing is always a go-to; especially for any fall ceremony. Our newest #WED designer ÉLYSÉE has mastered this gorgeous neocalssical hand-beaded look while using a unique combination of baroque, floral, and botanical lace.

10 | Off-the-Shoulder Sleeves

A major spring 2022 trend has carried over, and we hope it is here to stay! From brides that are hunting for their Hailey Bieber inspired moment, to those looking for a little bit of modesty, off-the-shoulder sleeves are the answer! #WED designers such as Mikaella by Paloma Blanca, L’amour by Calla Blanche, and Lillian West by Justin Alexander have created a perfect combination of their unique design style with this staple trend.

11 | Fingertip Veils

It’s clear that we must expect the unexpected with 2022 bridal trends. To contrast from all of the extravegant gowns, we are seeing a frequent request for elbow and fingertip length veils, which will add that perfect, classic, and bridal touch to any gown. Designers from Untamed Petals and Justine M. Couture took note of this need for an updated spin on the classics, making them fun and exciting again.
