Part 2: Runways to Racks – Fall 2021 Bridal Trends

Your prayers have been answered! Part two of our series is finally here. Follow along as we continue sharing what designers have for us on the runway and which trends our brides are absolutely loving!

For our next segment, lets discuss some of the popular trends for bridal dresses this season.

STATEMENT SLEEVES

Sleeves can be adapted to any silhouette of your choice and is compatible with any fabric, creating a personalized style for any bride. If you’re seeking to express your inner romantic persona, off-the-shoulder sleeves are your best friend! If you’re up for a more exaggerated statement sleeve, then you might want to try and revive one of our favorite 80s bridal trends – puff sleeves. Puffy sleeves are ruling the bridal runway as designers have modernized the trend for our fall 2021 brides.

The first statement trend that hit our racks is the WTOO “Miles” from the Come Away With Me collection. She is a romantic, ethereal style dress complimented with illusion tulle and of course, off-shoulder sleeves! Check out this beauty below.

Another one of our favorite off-the-shoulder dresses is Ryder by WTOO. Ryder’s sheer touch and lace neckline creates a romantic touch and a fairytale essence!

As we move on to puff sleeves, we want to introduce a bride favorite – Halliday! She has a boned bodice and is a strapless beauty with attachable tulle and lace sleeves for that belle feeling.

HIGH SLITS

High slits are now trending on the runway and have hit our racks for brides looking to show some skin and bring on the sex appeal! The high slit trend is a head turner and definitely a unique detail that can be found on any style dress.

TRANSITIONAL PIECES

Designers are looking to introduce some versatility to the bridal market by offering dresses that can be re-worn in different styles. Removeable pieces like toppers, capes, and robes are an interesting way to spice up your gown! Transitional pieces are on the rise in the runway and have now hit WED’s racks for the fall 2021 season. Check out these add-ons that can be used for the colder months or just in need of a worthy wedding cover up!
