Fathima Mubeen

Fathima Mubeen (Mubi) was born and raised in the state of Kerala, India. She worked as a School Administrator in Riyadh for over 13 years before moving to Canada. Her first book, written in her mother-tongue Malayalam, is “ഓ കാനഡ (Oh Canada)”, a travelogue for children. The book beautifully narrates the travelling experiences of a young boy who migrates to Canada with his parents. Her second book is another travelogue recently published in Amazon. Fathima’s writing is enriched with the stunning photographs from her husband Hussain Chirathodi. She now lives and works in the City of Mississauga in Canada with two loving boys and a great collection of Malayalam Books and finds her self reading and travelling in her free time. She also understands the importance and joy in engaging and learning about different people of many backgrounds and faith in this multicultural nation.
