When you support the DAM through a ticket purchase, membership, or donation, not only are you supporting amazing exhibitions, but you are supporting an entire ecosystem of engaging and accessible arts programs for everyone from kids to older adults, including:

Family and school programs: School tours, Creativity Resource for teachers and home-schoolers, Create Playdate, Foxy & Shmoxy: Art Detectives, and more. Kids thrive in many ways when they make and engage with art.

Adult programs: Adults can explore their creativity through Drop-In Drawing (celebrating 10 years!), Untitled: Artist Takeover, lectures and talks, and more.

Creative aging and wellness programs: Art at Hand boxes, Mindful Looking, Art & About tours, Sensory Garden, and more. Did you know that Colorado is the second fastest growing state for adults 55 and older? Survey findings show that regular interaction with the DAM contributes to higher levels of well-being among older adults.

Community programs: We bring art to the community in multiple ways including through Art Lives Here and Art at Hand, and bring artworks by community members into the museum through Community Spotlights, such as the current Indomitably Indigenous.

Access programs and initiatives: Online Exhibition Guides (in English and Spanish), S.P.A.R.K. Explorer Packs, Sensory-Friendly Mornings, and SNAP $1 Admission.

Artist programs: The DAM works with hundreds of artists every year to participate in Untitled: Artist Takeover, Creative-in-Residence, the Demonstrating Artist program, and more.
