About this event

Join us on a series of engaging walks that will take you through the heart of the city and beyond, exploring green spaces, forests, and more.

These walks offer a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrant diversity of our community, from the lush greenery of urban parks to the serene tranquillity of woodland trails.

Each session promises to be an enriching experience, as we journey together and celebrate the spirit of inclusivity and solidarity that defines the LGBTQ+ community in London.

Come along and discover new perspectives, make new connections, and enjoy the simple pleasure of walking in good company.

All are welcome to join us as we explore the wonders of London's landscapes and celebrate the diversity that makes our community thrive.

Sunday 28th April

Join us for a springtime stroll down the Regents Canal towpath starting at Little Venice and heading east past the Zoo towards Camden and Islington.

The towpath can be slippery and narrow/low in places, so please get in touch if you have any accessibility questions about the route. The planned route does involve a flight of fairly narrow stairs.

For contact on the day, if you get lost or are running late, email daniel@londonlgbtqcentre.org who will be leading the walk.

Route:

Meeting spot to be confirmed nearer the time. Walk will set off a maximum of 10 minutes after event start time.

Walk east along the towpath to Camden Lock (approx 2 miles) then, if people want, on to Kings Cross (or even the Angel!).

About the organisers:

Multiple community members will be leading different dates on the walk. Information on all organisers TBC.

Accessibility:

We will provide accessibility information for each walk to attendees as soon as we can.
