Tyler’s top surgery

Hi my name is Tyler i am a trans man, i am also disabled due to my C-PTSD. I started transitioning when i was 14, i went though the nhs to get help however the gender specialist i was assigned refused to help me repeatedly delaying my initial assesment to the point where i am now 18 having just finished the assesment period and have been put on a referral for adult services with the nhs with the goal of hopefully starting hormone treatment. Unfortunately i did not have the confidence to ask for a change in specialists until much later on when i started receiving support from my service dog Thunder, gaining more confidence in myself and finally working up the courage to ask for new therapist after 4 years . During this time my body developed through female puberty leaving me with severe body dysphoria especially surrounding my chest which has grown to the point where wearing a binder is ineffective as it cannot bind my chest properly to make it seem flat it has also pushed to the point where i have been and sometimes still am suicidal and made attempts in the past to take my life having a very low self esteem surrounding my body and my disabilities, i am hoping to raise funds to get my top surgery privately due to the poor experience i’ve had with the nhs gender services, i want to be able to live comfortably in my body and not suffer from the extreme body dysphoria that i do at the moment, I hope to get my surgery completed next year, any donations are greatly appreciated no matter how small and I am grateful for any support i can get.
