Hey there, everyone! We are raising money to continue our project called Prison Band. We’ve started the documentary and began filming! Due to the high cost of filming, and promotion, we have reached our maximum budget. I have been paying for this out of pocket. In order to do it properly, and to reach the men in the prisons and the addicted, we need more funding. I and many others have suffered from addiction incarceration. 85% of all people that are in prison, are there because of drug and alcohol addiction. I have turned my life around and with the proper motivation I think others can too. The purpose of making this film is to show the men in prison that they can overcome their demons and have a real shot at becoming a productive member of society. We started a band in prison, and we have since recorded an album and a video. The overwhelming response has been amazing. And there is a story to tell that will help so many people!
