Tomara's Tribe: It Takes A Village

On Sunday, July 1, 2018, our beloved Tomara Johnson Thompson was taken from us far sooner than we ever imagined due to complications after child birth. Tomara was a light to so many people, and we will forever be impacted by her selfless spirit. Tomara was a hard worker, driven by her commitment to help those she loved. She and her devoted husband, Derrick, eagerly anticipated  the arrival of their baby girl, Rian Rose.  Our lives will not be the same without Tomara, yet we are all better off because we knew her. Now as friends and members of her tribe, we want to ensure that the outpouring of love that she showed us is returned to her husband and daughter. We would like to honor her by raising funds so that Derrick & Rian may grieve without worrying about additional financial burden. The proceeds from this campaign will be used for the following: ·       Baby essentials such as diapers, formula, and clothing ·       Child care and future educational expenses   ·       Cost of doctor’s visits ·       Grief counseling As we know, it takes a village, so anything that you can give is a blessing.
