Hey everyone!

I will be running the Berlin Marathon in September for Mind the mental health charity. Mind is a phenomenal charity of personal significance and I am thrilled to be a part of the team. 

Approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK experience a mental health problem each year, which can prove to be extremely isolating. Mind make sure anyone experiencing these issues has somewhere to turn for advice and support.  

By running for Mind, I want to play my part in ensuring this vital work continues and people in need receive the support they deserve. Safe to say I will be giving this marathon effort absolutely everything. 

Any and all donations are very much appreciated!

Also, anyone who fancies a weekend in Berlin would be welcome support. I have heard that all finishers and their crew get guaranteed entry to Berghain…
