Jeremy Scott Steps Down as Moschino Creative Director After 10 Years - Read His Statement
Jeremy Scott is stepping down as creative director of Moschino.
After a decade of working for the Italian luxury house, the 47-year-old designer made the announcement that he is stepping away on Monday (March 20), as did the company.
“Scott has penned a fundamental chapter in the legacy of the brand with his fearless and show stopping pop-camp style and incisive humor — true to the renowned codes of the House,” the company said in an email statement.
He began at Moschino in October of 2013 with a fall/winter collection that “launched a thousand debates on the role of fashion in the annals of art, consumerism, and social commentary,” the statement adds.

The news comes as another big personality in fashion just stepped away from celebrity styling.
