- Valid ID
- Confirmation of reservation issued by Rancho Bernardo
- DOT Health Declaration form to be filled out through the resort’s website
- Transportation details (car make, color, and plate number) along with a complete list of passengers
- All guests are required to undergo mandatory temperature scans, and personal sanitation kits are also given to each guest.
- All guests and staff members are mandated to wear face masks and protective gears as well.
Aside from the standard safety measures such as regular disinfection of their villas, facilities, and public spaces, the staff are regularly tested and are trained on how to safely engage with guests to ensure a safe and worry free stay.
