Here at Anamnesis, we feature the "other" side of medicine. The side of medicine that isn't drug dosing and board questions or clinical protocols -- it's the side of medicine that sparks us, that excites us, that inspires us, and sometimes haunts us.

"Taboo" is a really complex concept in medicine. As healthcare workers treating patients, we are, in a way, stewards of secrets -- secrets for patients, for our peers, and for our specialties.

In this episode of Anamnesis, we'll share the "Taboo" parts of medicine -- the parts we keep hidden under the surface and let them see the light of day so they can heal.
