Andrea Jennings has a Master of Music specializing in Music Business and Entertainment Industries and hopes to facilitate better opportunities for marginalized individuals such as professional musicians with disabilities by developing authentic content through her social enterprise production company Shifting Creative Paradigms - Leveling The Playing Field™. As a sought-after keynote speaker, Andrea is a panelist for numerous diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) panels advocating for social justice through the lens of disability culture, film, music, and art. She is the Vice-Chair of the Accessibility and Disability Commission for The City of Pasadena and a Founding Member of Recording Artists and Music Professionals with Disabilities. Andrea's artistic work has been featured at Park Avenue Armory, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and Rutgers University's Jack Tchen exhibitions. Andrea's advocacy work has been recognized by Billboard Magazine, The Hollywood Reporter, and The New York Times.
