Shifting Creative Paradigms Entertainment and Productions® is “Leveling the Playing Field” through inclusive and diverse entertainment projects.

We focus on empowering marginalized and underrepresented individuals, including people with disabilities, through creating and producing inclusive and diverse content for digital media, television, film, theater, news, and music productions.

We train entertainment industry professionals and underrepresented groups, such as disabled individuals, by advocating for best practices for authentic, inclusive entertainment content through workshops, leadership training, and script consulting.
