Orders can ship from Las Vegas if the facility has inventory and if the branding method is available there. You can check for these two criteria directly on the product pages on our website – we made it easy!

Look for the “Available direct from Vegas when decorated with:” banner on our product pages. This will tell you that the product is eligible for production and shipping from Las Vegas using the specified decorating methods. Don’t forget to check inventory as well!

On the product page there is a button labeled “Quick Inventory”. Click on it to view the current inventory we have for this product – we’ll show you both FOB NY (inventory located at our MTL HQ) and FOB NV (inventory located at our Las Vegas facility.)

On every product page there is an easy-to-use freight calculator that allows you to get a freight quote using our Spector UPS account number, shipping either from NV or NY. If you want to calculate using an account other than Spector’s, the freight calculator will give you weight, dimension and box count to help you get a freight quote from your chosen provider. Please note that Spector will automatically ship orders from 29 chosen states if the inventory and branding method is available in Las Vegas.

There are three key requirements for an order to ship out of Vegas: 1) Stock is offered 2) The branding method is offered 3) The shipping address is in one of the 29 states where we have manufacturing scheduled for Vegas. Keep an eye out for your order confirmation – on it not only will you find important messaging from us about your order, but we will also indicate FOB NY or FOB NV as the shipping point. If you do not see the Vegas production banner on the product page, that will mean stock is not available in our Las Vegas facility. When checking inventory, you’ll see N/A under the FOB NV inventory column.

As of right now, the maximum amount of split shipments that can be done from our Vegas facility is five per order.
