Too expensive as in over priced.

Price grostequely inflated. They are a high-pressure, manipulative and arrogant organization that ultimately just wants access to your purse.

Anytime you are given a price difference of 5,000 as in "buy today, and you save five thousand. Tomorrow you will pay five thousand more." Is a snake oil salesman

If a window is going up in value over night then do not get it, not then or the next day."

So not be fooled by their gimmicks, tricks, displays of arrogance and criticisms and manipulative behavior.

I just had Homefix replace my homes gutters and downspouts, plus add some to a new extension. Install was delayed do to N.C. weather but they were in constant contact with me about updates. The workmen were great! They answered all my questions and explained things to me as they were going along.
The salespeople, the office workers and installers were all very personable and helpful.
I would definitely use Homefix again!

my experience with home fix custom remodeling started when they rang my doorbell and asked if i wanted an extimate for windows. someone was to come the following tuesday at 10am. the person came but he wasnt from sales he was from marketing and he told me he was from marketing. he knew nothing about the product, he showed me pictures from lowe,com but said those windows were cheaper than theirs, he gave me a vague idea on price. then left the next day the manager of the raleigh office called and said he knew they had sent someone from marketing. the next day i called the office and complained . the manager called me back and we ended up arguing about what an estimate was and he wouldnt listen to me that i received nothing from this marketing guy. NOTHING no info on product, no estimate etc . so he sighed and said how can he make it right. i said i wanted an official estimate in writing. he made an appointment with me for the following thursday at 10 am. needless to say he was a no show. the company and manager wasted my time and disrespected me numerous times, i am an elderly woman and i am pissed.

These people think that a door costs $11,000 without install. Yall crazy. I got quoted $72,000 for 3 doors/install lol. I could build a new roof 4x over for that price.

HCR did a great job with our windows. They were reasonably priced and the installation crew was efficient and professional. Would recommend HCR and the X3 windows!

A (now former) employee of this company wrote me a contract for windows and doors and took off with my money. Homefix agreed to make it right at first (they even had a measure tech out to my house), but then backtracked. Don't use these guys. There is no guarantee your money won't be stolen.

During the Fall Home Show we made an appointment for Home Fix to give an estimate for roof replacement. After measuring and agreeing on pricing we had a new roof installed. The materials arrived on time and the workman were outstanding, the clean up was the best I have ever seen and we were extremely happy with the work except for one small spot that would not lay down right. This problem was addressed quickly and corrected. I would highly recommend this company.

A good experience from start to finish. Ryan's presentation of the windows I was getting vs the windows I had, quickly made me realize how much of my money was literally going out them! Ryan's team was fast with the measurements and ordering. Bud and his crew arrived as agreed and were fabulous, fast and efficient. They even reinstalled my blinds for me when they were done! Maybe that is standard, but it certainly wasn't expected; and with 15 windows - it was very much appreciated! The windows and sliding glass door look amazing and makes my house inside and out look so much better! I'm able to keep it cooled more efficiently and couldn't be more pleased with the process and results. I'd highly recommend HomeFix CR and their team of professionals!

I'm sorry to see a 1 star review here. That would typically be me but I had a wonderful experience with Homefix. I had them install 14 windows and a new door and couldn't be happier. I felt their communication with me and within the company was exceptional. The installation crew blew me away with how professional they were and how quickly and beautifully they installed the windows and door. One of the windows was a picture window that was installed 2 years ago by another company and had failed. The quality of Homefix's windows was by far superior to the other company and was close to the same price. As my husband likes to say, "You don't always get what you pay for but you never get what you don't pay for!" I'll pay extra for quality any day of the week!
