π It took many years for me to acknowledge my childhood trauma and the pain I carry from how I grew up, but now I am able to fully embrace my Highly Sensitivity.
π Although everyones path and experiences are different I’ve found that my journey of emotional and physical healing has allowed me the privilege of helping others on their own journeys to living full and happy lives as HSPs.
