Club Med Cancun Resort - All Inclusive

Decent food, cold beer and a calm bay to float in the Caribbean Sea.

Great way to kill a 6 hour flight connection.

Firstly, we arrived late and didn't have much time to spend on the property. The check-in process for my party took around half an hour and cut into a good chunk of our time. We were also informed that the day activities were cancelled because of weather. Food was excellent, but only at the main buffet. Other food options were lackluster. Most food options were closed by 4:00 with only snack bars open that had terrible options. Liquor was watered down and the beer was not cold. One positive is that the staff was incredibly nice and happy to help. Property is spread out and it takes a minute to get between locations. Overall, with the price point this was not worth the visit but I will give credit for the food and staff.

Late Arrival. Disappointing

Although on day pass we felt really welcomed, staff excellent, food & cocktails amazing, stunning beach.

Club Med was a good experience! Check-in was efficient, however, the front desk agent seemed to be new in her role and was soft-spoken the entire time! The amenities were great and the food was good too! The alcoholic beverages were great but you could tell they didnt use premium liquor. The beach was nice and the people were friendly too! Club Med has a diverse staff and that was beautiful to see.

This resort is absolutely beautiful. The 9 of my friends and I enjoyed every minute of using the facilities at the resort. The food was delicious and the staff kept the drinks coming on the beach! Highly recommend getting a day pass at this resort.

We have had the pleasure to use the day pass at this hotel as we were looking to relax and enjoy an all-inclusive experience before heading back home. This hotel is a strong 4-star in my opinion: food was great (lots of options to choose from), mostly a family resort, lots of activities incl sports especially tennis, breath-taking location on the beach overlooking the entire Cancun strip. My favourite part was the turquoise clear blue ocean and white sand. We had to check out right at 6pm (they kept our passports at the front desk) otherwise we would get charged for a full day. 

Beautiful location 

Great place to hang for hours. Grilled seafood lunch was excellent. They have both a beach and snorkeling area. I only wish that the day pass included dinner options.

Fun place

The day was fantastic and the facilities were more than we could expect. The smaller pool near Taxo El Arte was amazing. 
The beach takes more sun than most resorts because of the location. Kids activities like archery are in the morning and then for adults later in the day. 
Check in for day pass was slow and the front desk was kind but would stop talking (about the wrong thing) to allow for a question. I had to ask in order to finish a question and be allowed to speak. 
The beach in front is nice, and its easy to get food/dribka etc. 
We watched the 9:15 night show and it was entertaining for my 6 year old. It was just ok for the adults. The bar inside seemed to liven up after the show, and that was about 10:30pm when we were leaving. 
Upon checkout, to retrieve our IDs, the front desk was super slow.. When it was my turn, the male employee asked the man behind me if he would like to be helped. I had to specifically ask to be helped. And then the employee was super condecenging. Wooo
