Appointment Cancelation and Late policy

We kindly ask that you respect our time and the time of other clients.

Cancelations: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before the appointment time with no charge.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment will be charged the full price of the booked service.

Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will have their appointment cancelled and will be charged the full service price, as we cannot guarantee enough time to complete the service.

No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service price.
