I am a first-gen multiracial therapist serving the Arizona community. I am under the supervision of Mya L. Adams, M.Ed., LPC-S. I am a trained brainspotting (BSP) practitioner.
My passion is rooted in helping special needs, military veterans, domestic violence survivors, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, formerly incarcerated individuals, and other marginalized communities break the stigma surrounding mental health care and gain access to vital resources.
I bring extensive experience working with children, youth, teenagers, and adults, providing compassionate and personalized support to individuals across all age groups.
My work centers around identity exploration, helping clients navigate the complexities of cultural expectations, marginalization, and self-discovery in a world that often asks them to shrink. Together, we create space for your full story.
