How do authors benefit from book boxes? 

Boxes are also a great way to reach hundreds of new readers. 

Who will design my cover? Will I have approval? 

KB Barrett designs is our designer for the boxes. Yes, you have approval of the design and input with the 🧑‍🎨 .

Author Swag Donations

We ask featured authors to donate swag (no paper items) for boxes preordered in each campaign.

Printing Hardbacks

Gilded Love Notes will print and ship as needed for the campaign to ensure each book is signed by featured authors. We will only print what is purchased in the preorder, plus extra for the author to have on hand. The amount will be predetermined by the preorder, contracting a specific number of books allowed to be printed by us.

Formats

We offer hardback exclusive covers, exclusive interiors, and dust jackets.

Sprayed Edges

We only spray edges on hardcover books. Select hardbacks will be sprayed for the boxes. This can include a stencil at no extra charge. If you wish to order extra books to have on hand, you’ll only pay costs to print, paint, stencil, and ship. (Offer good for up to 15 books. Price increases minimally for more than 15 books.)

Customized Reader Swag

Each box comes with multiple pieces of swag (depending on the package purchased), and at least one design is personalized with the reader’s name. 

Indie Shift Swag

Sasha’s better half owns a swag company! What does that mean for you? Box costs are kept down by producing customized swag through their company. It also means as a featured author, you receive huge discounts on swag to feature in our boxes, for giveaways, for signings, or just to sit on your shelf and look pretty.
